  • SIZE EXCHANGE

If your item does not fit we will gladly exchange it for a different size. You must ship the item back within 5 business days after recieving it to the PO BOX on the label via USPS ( first class or priority is fine). In the package you must include a note with your order number and size needed. Not including a note may delay the exchange process. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees and will be emailed a invoice for the new shipping cost for the replacement item.

  • CANCELATIONS AND CHANGES IN THE ORDER MUST BE COMMUNICATED WITH IN 2 HOURS OF PLACING THE ORDER. CHANGES IN ORDERS NEED TO BE ADDRESSED VERBALLY TO OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM.

 

  • ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONNOTIFICATION MUST BE MADE WITHIN 48 HOURS AFTER THE DELIVERY OF YOUR PACKAGE IF THERE ARE ANY MANUFACTURER DEFECTS AND/OR AN ITEM WAS RECEIVED BROKEN.  IF NOTIFICATION IS MADE PASS THIS TIME EXCHANGE REQUEST WILL BE DENIED.
